MELBOURNE RETAIL STORES
From Monday 2nd of November, our Metropolitan Melbourne stores, have reopened with our COVID Safe Plan in place. We are also offering call and collect options at Hawthorn or Healesville. REGIONAL RETAIL STORES - Daylesford + Creswick
Our regional stores in Creswick and Daylesford are open with our COVID Safe Plan in place. We are also offering call and collect options in Creswick and Daylesford. REGIONAL RETAIL STORES - Creswick 
Due to the current restrictions, our animal viewing deck and café are currently closed. Our animals are enjoying an extended vacation! The interpretive museum is currently open with our COVID Safe Plan in place. We apologise for any inconvenience and please check our website for any further updates on changes at The Mill.

Our website is open and delivering standard orders.

Our customer service team is available to assist you with phone orders between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturday.
 
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Please note due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing a significant increase in the volume of online orders. Due to the unprecedented volume of orders that Australia Post is processing and Stage 4 COVID-19 restrictions in place in Victoria, please allow extra time to receive your order.
Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise delays. We understand timely delivery of your orders is crucial and we are processing all order as quickly as possible in our distribution centre to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Our delivery partner, Australia Post will no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.
