Every night, over 116,000 Australians are homeless and without a safe place to sleep. After food and water, blankets are the most sought after product for those in need.
Creswick Woollen Mills in partnership with leading Australian non for profit organisations have distributed more than $1,000,000 worth of blankets, providing the protective warmth of a blanket to people experiencing hardship and homelessness Australia wide.
We are passionate about this issue and excited to partner with a variety of charities to help support fellow Australians who are in need.
Creswick Blanket Drive is a non-profit initiative, established in 1996, created by the late founder and Chairman of Creswick Woollen Mills, Paul Ryzowy and his grandson and Executive Director Boaz Herszfeld as a way to give back to the community.
