Return & Exchange

We hope you will be delighted with your Creswick purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund the product in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy below. 

In-Store Purchases 

You can return your item in-store in person, to any of our stores for a new product or a gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items. Please make sure that tags are still attached, the product is unused or unworn and is in saleable condition.

Purchases Made Online Returns: 

  • We need to be advised of your intention to return within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Please notify us via phone at 1800 338 837 or emailing help@creswickwool.com.au within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • You can return an item purchased online: 

To any Creswick Woollen Mills retail store (For store locations, please refer to this link https://www.creswickwool.com/store-locator) however please note that the refund will not take place in-store and will be processed by our office once they have been notified of the return. You may also choose to post your return to our online store returns/exchange address.

  • Please ensure that the tags are still attached, the product is unused and is in saleable condition. Garments must not have been worn. 

  • You will need to include your order number, full name, contact details and any additional comments in relation to your return. If more than 1 item in on the invoice please indicate, which item/s you wish to return. 

  • The refund will be processed once the items are back at our office, you will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the sale. 

Please note: Delivery costs will be excluded from the refund if the refund/exchange is due to a change of mind. If during the initial request the product is deemed faulty, or not as ordered, we will pay for the postage.  
The goods are your responsibility until they reach Creswick Woollen Mills. We recommend sending them back via registered post.   


Exchanges:

Please ensure you insert your return/ exchange form together with the goods being returned.

  • Make sure to include your order number, name, address, email, and phone number, along with a list of alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice. Exchanged items are to be to equal or lesser value. 

  • Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless during the initial request the product is deemed faulty, or not as ordered, then we will pay for the postage.  

  • When your item reaches us in the office, we will send back the exchanged item and notify you of the tracking number via email.

Variation To Refund & Exchange Policy For Items Purchased With Afterpay And Openpay 

An item purchased online using Afterpay or Openpay as tender can be: 
  • Refunded by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address or 

  • Exchanged in-store for product or a gift card. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid. 

We are unable to issue refunds in-store where Afterpay or Openpay was used as tender. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our refund and exchange policy having been met.
