Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be delighted with your Creswick purchase. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund the product in accordance to our Returns and Exchange Policy below.

Returns:

  • We need to be advised of your intention to return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Please notify us via phone on 1800 338 837 or emailng info@creswickwool.com.au within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Make sure you include your order number, full name and which items you wish to return.
  • Once you have contacted us, post the items back to us. Please make sure that tags are still attached, the product is unused and is in saleable condition. 
  • The refund will be processed once the items are back at our office, you will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the sale.
  • If the refund or exchange is due to change of mind, you will need to pay for the postage back to us. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage. If it's more convenient for you, you can return the item to one of our stores, however please note that the refund will not take place until our office is notified of the return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach Creswick Woollen Mills. We recommend sending them back via registered post. 

Exchanges:

  • If the refund or exchange is due to change of mind, you will need to pay for the postage back to us. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage. You can also exchange an item in store, however please note that a refund cannot be processed in store. 
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach Creswick Woollen Mills. We recommend sending them back via registered post.
