Total votes for each Nominated Name will be counted to confirm the final Name for each Baby, as voted by all Voters.
There are 2 winning Voters who will each WIN a $1000 Creswick Wool Bedroom Makeover, based on the most creative reason in 25 words or less, why they would like to WIN 1 of 2 Creswick Wool Bedroom Makeovers.
Terms & Conditions
Entry instructions and information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is based on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotion Entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion.
The Promoter is CWM LC Pty Ltd (ABN 36 641 152 187) trading as Creswick Woollen Mills Pty Ltd ("Creswick"), Railway Pde Creswick 3363.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Duration
Entry to the Promotion commences at 3:00pm AEST on 14/03/24 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 1/4/24 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to Enter
To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of Australia (Eligible Entrants). Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter who provides consent. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian who consented will be awarded the prize.
Creswick Wool Pty Ltd employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the Entry process.
Entry into the Promotion
To Enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps (Entry):

Entries Close 11:59pm, 1st April 2024.
Entrants may enter this competition once only.
Entries must be submitted by the Entrant, automated Entries will not be valid.
Obscene, provocative, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be considered. The Promoter retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected Entries.
The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the Entry is received by the Promoter.
Determination of Winners
This promotion is a game of skill. Winners will be judged on the most creative entry based on the answer to the game of Skill question - answer in 25 words or less why you would like to WIN one of 2 Creswick Bedroom Makeovers for your Chance to WIN!, as judged by Creswick Wool Judges.
The Winner will be confirmed on 5th April 2024.
All valid Entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible.
There will be two Winners.
The decision on winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, and a picture of their Creswick Bedroom Makeover following receipt of the prize. This includes use of image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Prizes
There are two prizes. Each prize is the Winner’s choice of Creswick Wool Bedroom Makeover products up to the value of $1000 RRP which is to be redeemed in one transaction by contacting marketing@creswickwool.com.au with confirmed items selected up to $1000 RRP from the creswickwool.com.au website
Total prize pool value for both prizes is RRP $2,000 AUD. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Notification of the Winner
The Winner will be notified via the email address used for their Entry by 5:00pm AEST 5/4/24.
Prizes will be posted to the Winners’ nominated delivery address via Australia Post domestic postal service.
The Winners will be announced via Stories through the Creswick Wool Facebook and Instagram account once all the Winners have been notified and accepted their Prize.
The names of the Winners will also be published at www.creswickwool.com.au for 28 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
